Tarot Card of the Day

I'm excited about the new project I started this past week: adding daily content to my YOUTUBE channel

Every day there'll be a new #tarot #treasure #card of the day reading.

And because life is so busy these days, the daily contents will be formatted as a youtube #shorts video, with a maximum time of 60 secs. There's a few examples below of my early efforts.

I'm looking forward to this journey - learning new technical skills, sharing my love of tarot and the wisdom it offers us with everyone.

There'll also be reviews of new tarot packs that I break in (always an exciting moment!) and, although you can follow my regular book reviews on Goodreads, I'll  also share the occasional tarot related book review here.

Remember to subscribe to my Youtube channel for your daily tarot treasure and let the fun begin!

Tuesday Tarot

#tuesdaytarot “HOPE”

While this does mean that you need to have faith and hope to push you through the year’s challenges, this is also a call to open your generous heart and, by your example, offer hope to others who may be struggling, by living your own hope and faith.

This is not a call to rush out & inspire people by talking about the power of hope & faith: rather, this is a time to plumb the depths of your inner silence and let the quiet quality of your hope & faith permeate your being so that your very existence inspires others with the example of your serenity and compassion.

Tarot versus Astrology

New clients, who have never before had a tarot or an astrology reading, often ask what the difference is between the two modalities.

What is tarot?

The oldest known tarot deck is the Visconti-Sforza Tarot designed in Italy circa 1425 C.E.

Tarot cards do not predict the future.

A tarot reading is a tool for spiritual guidance and enables you to connect to your inner wisdom by helping you gain clarity about a particular situation.

Tarot reading often incorporates intuition and at least one of the four "clairs":

  • Clairaudience (hearing voices)
  • Clairvoyance (seeing images)
  • Clairsentience (recognizing feelings)
  • Claircognizance (knowing)

I'm strongest in clairsentience and claircognizance. Tarot is my favourite modality.

What is astrology?

The oldest known astrology board was discovered in Croatia, in a cave overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Dating back more than 2,000 years, the surviving portion of the board consists of 30 ivory fragments engraved with signs of the zodiac.

Astrology is the study of the patterns in your birth chart, providing deeper knowledge and insight about yourself that empowers you to make more informed life choices.

Reading an astrology chart requires the ability to analyse and interpret the patterns formed by  the placements in the birth chart.

I use a combination of evolutionary, psychological and past life astrology in my readings.

“For over thirty years, tarot and astrology have been a guiding light in my life, consistently revealing the bigger picture, empowering me with soul insights and offering me hope in challenging times.”
