  2. Glad you enjoyed my new book trailer Jo. :)

I used the same technique to make the book trailer that I described in my guest blog "12 Easy Steps to the Making of a Book Trailer" for Joel Friedlander's "The Book Designer" website. Here's the link for you to cut and paste into your search bar - hope it helps. It's really a simple procedure.

Here's another blog which I recently found which used a different programme to make a trailer - you may enjoy reading this as well

  8. Hi all, thanks for your interest in the post! I’ll be visiting your blogs soon – playing catch-up at the moment as it’s been a long weekend here – Heritage Day and we were off at Schoemanskloof as Beric went to a Macro photography course, while I got to read, read and read some more. Now … onto your comments:

CA: Thanks! I’d be happy with that … easy sales! :)

BISH: I’d *love* to have a post on your blog about it – will email you once the book is released (it’s still at the editor for the final polish!) Really appreciate the help, Bish!

MICHELLE: What can I say? You’re a genius! I’ll send you your copy as soon as it’s up and out. Thanks again for your patience and the great cover.

ANNE: Thanks, Anne. It’s been a while since I brought out something new, and I’d forgotten how exciting it is. And I’ll be happy with a million sales (although a zillion would be good too!) Glad you enjoyed the story The HuffPo published.

  12. Thanks CUBAN, I'm hoping with Alice Munro winning the Noble Literature prize for her short stories, there'll be an upsurge in interest in the genre.
